Mom's Chicken Salad
~ 3 chicken breasts, cooked, cooled, and shredded
~ 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
~ 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
~ 2 tbsp onion, minced
~ 1 cup celery, chopped
~ 1/2 tsp sugar
~ Salt and pepper, to taste
Mix all ingredients together. Cool before serving. Serve on deli croissants.
